We hadn't bought a home in a long time and were apprehensive about working with a realtor - there are such horror stories out there - but Cory immediately put us as ease. We found Cory via Zillow and through the stellar reviews as we needed someone with good knowledge of local markets and he was exactly as the stellar reviews would suggest. He has good negotiation skills. We really liked a house (what is our home now), and it was because of Cory that we got a good deal on it and was able to get into a contract at lower than advertised within 10 days. He is someone you would surely want on your side. He has keen knowledge about finding out the drawbacks in a property that an untrained eye would overlook. Not only that he was able to help sell our property in another county and we were able to get into a contract within only a week on the market. Overall loved the smoothness and ease with which he navigated our real estate needs.

Cory was such a great find - we stumbled on him through Zillow, and he helped us look at multiple houses in South SF, Foster City, and San Mateo. We were very new to the home buying process and he gave us great advice on looking through disclosures, putting in an offer, and always took our questions back to the seller to get them answered quickly. He’s incredibly good at talking to sellers agents to determine what the seller is looking for in a buyer. When we finally found a home we wanted to put an offer on, Cory was instrumental in figuring out the offer amount that was right for us based on the market and the home’s condition. I really appreciated that he didn’t push us at all, just gave us advice, and when we were finally ready with our number he didn’t tell us if he thought it was too high or low. He also has a great financing contact who helped us accomplish a fast close. He even went above and beyond and wrote us a recommendation in our offer to help strengthen it. There were two other offers, but thanks to Cory ours was accepted! Later Cory took extra time to let us see the home again and have a final walkthrough before closing. We noticed some cleanliness issues and he sent an awesome cleaner out for us at his own expense. It made move in so much smoother! Cory also has a resource for just about everything you could need done on your home, so knowing him is super handy after purchase. I haven’t worked closely with another realtor before, but I have to imagine they aren’t all like Cory. He made the experience so smooth, had our back the entire time, and I don’t think we would have this home without him. There’s a reason he’s highly rated, and when we’re ready to sell or buy again I wouldn’t hesitate to call Cory again. He’s so incredibly good at what he does and is such a pleasure to work with!

Our friend recommended Cory to us, and we were really happy with our recent buying experience with Cory. We had our initial conversation with Cory in late February, and we decided to pause our home search once the COVID lockdowns started. When we were evaluating whether or not to pick up the search back up in July, Cory went over what to expect and helped us get comfortable resuming our search. Corry is the reason we now have an amazing home and got a great deal on it. He was there from the beginning showing us homes. When we put in an offer on a first property he maid sure we knew it was okay to walk away if we felt we were overpaying and that there will be other properties and he will work with us for as long as needed. This was great advice, we lost that house but got a better deal on a much nicer house a week latter (thanks to his negotiations). He walked us through the entire process and made sure that everything was set and on schedule. I cannot recommend Corry enough, in fact I am having my sister use him for her upcoming hose hunt.

Cory walked us through the process of buying our first home. He did everything with utmost respect, did not rush us, and keep us well informed throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain all the details up front, and helped give us many pointers on things to look for in the area and with specific homes.
